our Flex Leadership Development Program (FLDP) members were involved with the Tecklab experiential learning program in Chennai to mentor and inspire girls to pursue a career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM).
Powered by Vingyan Innovations, with Flex at the heart of the sponsorship, Tecklab aims to provide progressive technology education for underprivileged students at the grassroots level.
In just the first year of this sponsorship (April 2019 to March 2020), 260 children from rural and vulnerable areas have benefited from Tecklab program. Another 500 students will be experiencing the benefits of our second year of sponsorship by March 2021.
As witnessed by our FLDP members recently, 'empowering' was exactly what the 3-day hands-on session with experiential kits did for the students.
Observations of increased excitement to learn and explore science and technology, improved communication skills and confidence levels, active participation from the girl students were evident on the impact of the Tecklab program. 

This is t o certify that Vingyan Innovations Pvt. Ltd. has imparted
technology training workshop ''TECKLAB" for 74 students at our
school between 1ih July 2019 and 16th July 2019.This program was an
eye opener for the students to learn, understand technology. and
correlate how gadgets work. Students have learnt to explore on New
Technologies through hands on experiments. It has facilitated to
enhance their imagination and creativity. The workshop has laid a
foundation on young minds for future professional courses to create
future generation investors and entrepreneurs.

Standard have attended the Technology Workshop - "TECKLAB"
conducted by M/s. VINGYAN INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD., CHENNAl-40 .

This is to acknowledge M/s Vingyan Innovations , Chennai has conducted Free Technology Training Workshop for 25 students of IInd year ECE and EEE at our college premises between 19th August 2019 to 21st August 2019.
This workshop was very useful for students to explore and learn latest technologies through hands on experiments. It will be foundation for students to enhance their experimenting skills.
